There was only one of these carts for the entire upper level. One taking the money and the other opening the cans of beer and pouring them in plastic cups. The award-winning Turning Stone Resort Casino, located in Central New York offers luxury accommodations, PGA-level golf, 4-star spas. It took 30-35 minutes to make it through the line. Inside the venue, there was one 'beer cart' selling warm Miller Lite beer. Security had to stop the people on the stairs and escalators a couple of times because of the back-up caused by the metal detectors and the staff trying to check tickets. Person checking the mobile tickets was extremely slow and had a hard time with technology. Those who attend a concert at the venue, can also take advantage of the many amenities the hotel has to offer including dining. The venue hosts top entertainers, concerts, theater and sporting events. Among its many features, it also has a 5,000-seat event and convention center. Two areas that should be looked at and modified/changed is the security area to enter the concert and the 'beer cart' on the upper level. The Turning Stone is a resort and casino located in Verona, NY. Sound and lights were good throughout the venue. Seats are pretty good and there isn't anywhere in this venue that isn't nice to see a concert. We have seen other acts in the Showroom and have enjoyed them. First concert inside this venue at Turning Stone on Friday March 15th-Cole Swindell.
